KIDBOX Mother’s Day

Goals / KPIs.

In honor of all the mothers who shop at KIDBOX, an organic campaign was produced to highlight their “MOMents of Truth” where they shared real stories and funny scenarios that capture the moments they love of being a mother.

  • Increase authentic engagement and organic reach with mothers who shop at KIDBOX

  • Discover learnings about who our audience is and what drives them as parents and customers

  • Interview at least ten mothers who shop at KIDBOX

Analytics / Results.

  • A total of twelve KIDBOX moms were interviewed and quoted throughout our campaign period

  • More moms who followed the account shared their own stories and it resulted in a 3.3% engagement rate and a 15% increase in organic reach

  • Created an authentic conversation for mothers to join in and share their experiences with the community

  • Learnings: Most of the mothers interviewed and mothers in the comments agreed that motherhood is not always easy but the small things make the experience worth it. They shopped at Kidbox because our subscription service allowed one less thing for them to think of and also created a special moment for their children by receiving mail and opening the joy of Kidbox together.
