Goals / KPIs.

Baby by KIDBOX was launched as a subscription service for parents with babies size newborn-24 months. Its goal was to capture a longer lifetime value of each customer journey.

  • Capture new customers and their emails through paid social ads

  • Increase sales from current customers whether purchasing for themselves or as gifts

  • Increase engagement pre and post-launch with prospective and current customers  

Analytics / Results.

  • Over 15,000 new customers completed signup for the waiting list

  • Over 10,000 boxes were sold within the first quarter of launching Baby by KIDBOX

  • The Social Media Content for Baby by KIDBOX produced a 3.5% engagement rate within the first quarter
