Goals / KPIs.

KIDBOX was launched in 2016 as a clothing subscription service for kids ages 2-14 years old. For every box sold, a piece of clothing is donated to a child in need.

  • 15% growth in followers on Facebook and Instagram

  • 3% engagement rate month over month

  • Sales through paid social media channels

Strategy.

For this social media campaign, I created a community of KIDBOX moms by creating a hashtag campaign, sharing the customer journey through user-generated content, increasing our awareness by collaborating with celebrity/influencer moms and driving engagement with giveaways.

Analytics / Results.

  • Increased Facebook followers from 7,000 to 600,000 new followers within two years

  • Increased Instagram followers from under 1,000 to 50,000 new followers within two years

  • Resulted in 46% of the new acquisitions coming from effective Facebook and Instagram strategy
