Goals.

Effy Jewelry is the largest gold manufacturer in North America with most sales driven by wholesale manufacturing and specialty stores located throughout North America and the Caribbean Islands.

  • Increase traffic to the website from social media channels

  • Increase following and engagement on Facebook and Instagram

  • Build an influencer program with 15-20 partnerships/month

  • Rebrand the social media aesthetic

Strategy.

With a focus on rebranding and building a new digital presence, I worked closely with the merchandising and creative team to produce content that aligned with the Creative Director’s vision. Collaboratively, we restructured our content to represent the true luxury and beauty of our one-of-a-kind jewelry pieces. I then came up with campaigns that revisited the most important pillars of the business, including family, tradition and luxury.

Results.

  • Traffic to the site increased by 12% month over month

  • Organic social media following grew by 68% in seven months

  • Built a partnership program with new campaigns that launched every quarter

  • Rebranded Effy’s social media presence and increased engagement by 100% month over month through inclusive campaigns and heightened interactions on social
