Commando Fall / Summer 2019

Goals.

Wear Commando is a leading luxury fashion brand that specializes in women’s ready-to-wear clothing. During the summer/fall of 2019, they launched a series of basics and wanted to increase brand awareness and sales.

  • Increase brand awareness and sales for Commando’s Summer and Fall Collection 2019

  • Optimize paid social media campaigns to drive traffic to the website

Strategy.

I recommended optimizing the budget to cut spending on ads that didn’t deliver. We reallocated those funds to organic boosting for brand awareness. Paid campaigns were then set up in a two-step process to achieve brand awareness and conversion. Weekly tests were done to ensure only the top creative, copy and audience was being used.

Results.

  • Sales tripled compared to previous ads from $6,000 to $18,000 with just one campaign

  • Traffic to the website increased by 15% month over month
