Four Seasons Hotel & Resort

Goals.

The Four Seasons Hotel & Resort is a luxury brand focused on delivering the highest standard of hospitality. In 2019, they launched their new App and Private Jet experience. I was on the team that planned and executed their paid social media campaign.

  • Build the strategy behind paid campaigns

  • Increase new app downloads

  • Increase brand awareness by 10% from previous campaigns

Strategy.

In order to increase brand awareness and application downloads, I created a month-long strategy for customers to learn more and then click through to each campaign. The team coordinated with hotel managers across the world and got beautiful photos of phones in front of the hotel locations. From there I set up ads targeted towards a carefully selected demographic catered towards Four Season’s target customers.

Results.

  • 12M impressions per ad

  • Over 20,000 engagements on each ad

  • Over 500 new downloads within the first month
