Be. The Cannabis Store was a premier medicinal marijuana company that focused on helping people find healthy solutions to improve their lifestyle.

  • Launch a global social media campaign

  • Set up business listings for each location nationwide

  • Develop the social media playbook which defined the roles of headquarters and store managers

  • Help to define the creative direction, content creation and voice for the brand

Strategy.

With the help of the creative and marketing teams, I built out one month worth content for social media on all channels including Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. I created a social media playbook that defined roles and responsibilities for headquarters, regional management and local managers. Local accounts were created for all locations and was branded according to the guidelines set up in the playbook.
