Goals.

This is a support group I personally started to empower women to talk more about their menstrual health. Being an Endometriosis and Adenomyosis survivor myself, I never felt I had the resources I needed to get through the effects of this debilitating disease. Years of dealing with this and having only a few people to talk to about it that truly understood where I was coming from taught me the importance of openly discussing my thoughts and feelings.

• Normalize talking about women’s health and menstrual health in general

• Support eco-friendly companies and groups that support and empower women

Strategy.

This is a brand new channel for me so I’m starting by creating content that will empower, uplift and educate women. From there, I will be building a community by inviting other women to share their experience and questions. It will be a safe place for everyone to share thoughts that we had to suppress because of the nature of growing up in a patriarchal society.
